CANCELLATION:
If you cancel your trip before 24 hours of the scheduled departure of the trip, the full payment will be refunded.
If you cancel within 24 hours, the full price will be charged.
Summit Explorers takes the right to cancel a trip due to weather or other causes with a short notice. In this case a full refund is given.
All cancellations need to be made by email.
If a trip proceeds and a participant needs to go back because of lack of fitness or any other reason regarding that individual, no refund is given.
LIABILITY:
All trips are undertaken at the responsibility of participants. Summit Explorers does not assume any responsibility for accidents which are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions.
PRICE:
Please notice that the price on the website can change without notice. All prices are in Icelandic króna(ISK) and include VAT. Payment can be made with card.
